Exercise your right to return

Pursuant to articles 52 and subsequent articles of the Consumer Code, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the delivery of the products, without being obliged to provide any reason.

Once the request has been sent, you will receive a confirmation at the email address provided. You will then be given instructions for returning the goods.

The refund will be made within the terms provided by current legislation, using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.

Please note that the right of withdrawal may be excluded in the cases provided for by art. 59 of the Consumer Code, including customized products, tailor-made goods or other categories for which the legislation does not provide for returns.
